BISE Karachi (Board of Intermediate Education Karachi) was established as separate entity in 1974 through the "Sindh Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education. This Board has the power to organize, regulate, develop and control Intermediate Education within its jurisdiction. BIEK Karachi conducts inter examinations for Karachi.
Board of Intermediate Education Karachi conducts its inter exams mostly in May every year. BIEK will declares the inter results in the end of August or start of September 2012.
